£451.25! Well done Victoria Junior School!

We would just like to say a huge well done to Victoria Junior School, Northfield, Birmingham!

They raised a massive £451.25 from their recycle bin they returned in June. That is a huge amount to raise and a lot of cartridges collected and recycled too. To date Victoria have raised £937.25 since recycling with Empties Please and with results like this a lot more to come their way we’re sure!

Here are a few of our ‘Top Tips’ for ‘Top Fundraising’ in your school…

  • Get your PTA, Eco Council or Eco Team to run your EP scheme. If you haven’t got an Eco Team one get one elected, the children love to get involved!
  • Send our school recycle bags home with the children at least once per term (there are also letters to download from the EP website)
  • Promote the EP recycling scheme in your newsletters, on Facebook, Twitter and your school website.
  • Ask parents to have recycle bins in their workplaces to raise even more money for your school
  • Display our posters around your school (Available by request)

These little steps will help you to promote the scheme, get buy in from pupils and parents and in the end help to raise you lots of money!
